Poly Paper wristbands - purchasing terms

Payment: Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

General: Color shades, font sizes and logo images on actual wristbands may vary from the image displayed on screen while designing.

Shipping: we use UPS and Post-Denmark for delivery.

Orders that are in total under 400  wristbands or less, will be sent as Priority Post, not insured (transit -about 4 working days).

Orders - 410 to 1400 wristbands, will be sent as UPS EXPRESS ENVELOPE, insured with tracking number (transit - next day delivery).

Orders - over 1410 wristbands, will be sent as UPS STANDARD PACKAGE, insured with tracking number (transit  2 working days).

Orders from customers located in areas that are defined by UPS as extended areas , will be sent as Priority Post, not insured, unless otherwise agreed between the customer and J & Maya.

Delivery: We do our best to deliver the wristbands as soon as possible. If we receive the order and payment by 09:00 AM, without a binding guarantee, wristbands will be dispatched the next working day ( including custom 'printed wristbands' printed in black on solid color).

 Inspection obligation: After receiving the order acknowledgment by eMail, check and make sure your delivery address and other order details are correct.

Your Logo: If you would like to have your own logo printed make sure that images are delivered by eMail according to specifications.

The buyer is obliged upon receipt of the shipment, to inspect the goods received and immediately notify J & Maya of any shortcomings.

Legal notice: If production or delivery of the order is cancelled or delayed due to force major, J & Maya will do it’s best to compensate the party that placed the order but will have no binding obligation for compensation.

It is agreed that In case of a dispute, all legal proceedings will be held in Århus ; Denmark.

Admission control:  J & Maya takes no responsibility in case of Poly Paper Wristbands - transfering or forging.
